Hi! I’m Cathryn Moore, LCSW. My practice provides mental health treatment for adult women who are navigating anxiety, OCD, PTSD, life transitions, stress, and maternal mental health. The practice emphasizes a holistic approach, and we see value in exploring lifestyle habits, physical movement, and spirituality.
